Refunds and cancellation

Subscriptions are prepaid for 1 month or 12 months and start immediately after payment. Plans do not renew automatically; you choose when to renew.

If you are not satisfied, write to tamil@sstechsalem.com within 7 days of your first payment for a plan and we will refund the full amount to the original payment method within 7 working days. After 7 days, or for renewals, payments are not refundable, but your access continues until the end of the paid period.

If money was deducted but your plan did not activate, email your order number and payment reference; we will activate the plan or refund the amount.

Prices include GST as shown at checkout. A GST invoice is issued for every payment.
